Shipping and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Katz Knives. Please read the following Shipping and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Shipping Policy:

• All orders will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible in the order they were received.
• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the items in your order.

Return Policy:

General Return Guidelines:

• No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase, except for defective products.
• Deliberately damaged customer products are not eligible for return.
• Products that are discounted, marked as final sale, or discontinued are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

1. Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service within 30 days of purchase. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
2. Non-Defective Returns: For returns other than defective products, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
3. Warranty Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for warranty returns.

Refund Policy:

• All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, except when preauthorized by contacting our customer service. Please find the customer service number on our contact page and reach out for approval.

Return Procedure:

1. Contact our customer service within the specified timeframe for defective product returns or preauthorized refunds.
2. Obtain a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund or store credit.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
